Does Lavender Essential Oil Help In Easing Migraine Pain?

I know that lavender eo is good for promoting relaxation and the Ylang Ylang. I have both of these oils and use a bulb in a fragrance diffuser in the bedroom to help ease the stress of the day. Lavender is good for the treatment of migraine pain? What other oils are there to help do this?

ylang ylang effectively (and other essential oils of flowers high) will probably be a headache and / or migraine worse.
But lavender is very beneficial. it is not only the scent that promotes relaxation, but the chemicals in it are analgesics and various other things (skin care, acne, burns, rashes, soothes sore muscles, facilitates digestion, etc..) you can apply lavender oil directly from the bottle to the skin (the temples, back of neck) and it will be more advantageous
could also contribute to the incense (but do not apply to the skin, not using the diffuser) and most of the citrus oils too much work, (lime, lemon, neroli, mandarin, grapefruit …. but only used in the diffuser)

I suggest that any strong odor that may make your headache worse. Come to think of it, it is the bulb. Caffeine often helps, as does sleep.
