The world of essential oils is a reawakening of our planet. We must have a respectful awareness and treat this information kindly so that it can continue to come forth and be used for our benefit. I love this product. You get two large bottles of aromatherapy spray, which makes it convienient to keep one on the changing table and one in the diaper bag. It smells really good - it’s not overpowering, but it smells good enough that it makes you want to use it all the time. It truly is a calming, cheering-up sort of scent, and my baby loves it. I spray it on his blanket before I rock him to sleep, and by now, the scent alone makes him feel relaxed and sleepy. The scent is not chemically or even too “babyish”, so I can even give myself a spritz and enjoy the aromatherapy. I highly recommend this one!

Customer Review: Depends what you’re looking for
If you’re seeking a book that culminates much of the already available information in one place, this book could be good for you. It provides guidance on suggested blends for various ailments of a more spiritual nature. The reason I have given this a 3 star rating is because this is not what I was after. For me, a book of this kind hopefully gives you the tools to make your own evaluations of formulae and the ‘grass roots’ to do it all yourself. I was looking for a book that provided guidance that all the other aromatherapy books do not - it didn’t. If you have a general aromatherapy book, or one of the other Worwood books, this one won’t add much marginal benefit.

Although somewhat informative it did not contain the recipes I was looking for like the ones in her “The Complete Book of Essential Oils & Aromatherapy‘>Aromatherapy” which I’ve used so much it has the scents of many essential oils amongst its pages.
