I can’t say enough positive things about Plantlife soaps. I came to natural soaps for a very specific reason–a husband whose eczema was virtually out of control. For years, we’d tried keeping him on soaps designed for sensitive skin. While this would generally calm flare-ups slightly, it wouldn’t prevent them from creeping up again. Admittedly, since beginning to use Plantlife’s soaps, my husband is NOT eczema free… BUT his skin is drastically improved and his flare-ups are down to about 10% of what they once were. The scents of Plantlife’s soaps are remarkably pleasant too. Customer Review: A good beginning book on aromatherapy
Although being well versed in herbal remedies I had not explored the world of aromatherapy healing so I picked up this book. It is stock full of information. It contains the basics, how when and why to use essential oils, oil decriptions, some oil mixtures, oils to avoid etc. I wish it did have pictures however. Also as a reference book it may take you a minute to find the information because there is so much of it, where as other books are more compact and straight to the point.

At first,i thought this book would ’stink’.There is nothing malodorous about this good small book.Cunningham has a way of writing that is cosy and informative.I read this at two sittings,over the weekend.He provides many historical examples throughout the book.There’s an excellent glossary and extensive appendixes for further reading on the aromatherapy topic.And the crux and heart of the book,is the one hundred plus pages of the magickal powers and uses of the aromas.My only beef with the book,is that it has no colorful pictures provided or product pictures shown.So,you would have to investigate further at your metaphysical shoppe,before you start wildly buying the various herbs,oils, and spices.For beginning new-agers around,this magickal aroma book is an excellent starting point on your quest towards healthier living .

At first,i thought this book would ’stink’.There is nothing malodorous about this good small book.Cunningham has a way of writing that is cosy and informative.I read this at two sittings,over the weekend.He provides many historical examples throughout the book.There’s an excellent glossary and extensive appendixes for further reading on the aromatherapy topic.And the crux and heart of the book,is the one hundred plus pages of the magickal powers and uses of the aromas.My only beef with the book,is that it has no colorful pictures provided or product pictures shown.So,you would have to investigate further at your metaphysical shoppe,before you start wildly buying the various herbs,oils, and spices.For beginning new-agers around,this magickal aroma book is an excellent starting point on your quest towards healthier living .

I bought this about a week ago and it works well; we keep it in our living room. The water spins around and somehow purifies the air. The humidifier also works well. My complaints are that it’s noisy and the scent is very expensive ($30 plus for 4 small vials) and only comes in a few scents. Somewhere I read you can put in pure essence oils but it will stain the reservoir. After putting the purifier in another room to see how well it works there, I have noticed the air in the living room is dryer and there is a slight smell of our large dog. If it passes the “basement room test” I’m going to purchase another one.
