THIS KIT CONTAINS: 1 cup epsom salt, 2 cups baking soda, 1 cup citric acid, 1/2 cup cornstarch, 1/2 cup whole milk powder, 1/4 cup Natrasorb, 2 oz. fractionated coconut oil, 1/2 oz. mango butter, 2 oz. vegetable glycerin, 1/2 oz. polysorbate 20, 1/2 oz. hydrolyzed silk, 1/2 oz. peach orchard fragrance oil, 1/3 oz. liquid FDC yellow #6 dye, 10 small cello bags, twist ties and 3 blank sheets of labels to fit the cello bags.
THIS KIT MAKES: 12-18 peachy, emollient-rich, Fizzing Milk Bombs with mango butter and glycerin.

I’m still reading this book, I can’t put it down. It is a must have for people with interests in beauty. I am quite keen on all the tips and tricks of the trade, especially DIY things. Have really enjoyed ready it and I honestly can say I want to keep it forever, think it will come handy through my life.

A good helpful basic video for those who just started on Aromatherapy‘>Aromatherapy & massage.Joannah did her massages on the floor and on the massage bed which helps one to be flexible on different situation. She showed how to massage on different parts of the body clearly and systematically. She also demonstrated how to fold towels to help make the reciever more comfortable while lying down on their tummy. The self-massage was helpful too, although it was a bit too long.

This is a good basic video. Swedish, Shiatsu & Reflexology demos. Massage is split into body parts, ie, head/neck/shoulders, chest/abdomen etc. A section on self massage which I think is a bit long but still informative. Also aromatherapy/massage for specific conditions ie headaches.
