I have used “well oiled” to teach both vocational and non-vocational classes to great effect. Nicola Gardiner covers basic aromatherapy in this lighthearted video. Practical everyday uses of the oils are combined with massage notes and case studies.Great fun and very informative for both novice and more experienced aromatherapists. Customer Review: waste of money
This book does not seem to be written by a pro. The explanations of the different oils are lacking in depth and read like the material has been borrowed from others. The recipes are time consuming and ridiculous. Who is prepared to use extensive time (and several kitchen appliances) making a face wash that must be prepared daily before use? The recipes are constantly referred to as “also good to eat”. I’m wondering if this wasn’t written by a cook-turned-trendy-for-aromatherapy. Don’t waste your money on this book!

I think the author should eliminate the hard to find materials recipes. This way, maybe, the rest of us, can make beuty cookery while continuing our lives.
