The Kits for Crafts Massage Melt kit contains all the ingredients and packaging that you need to make skin moisturizing, muscle relaxing massage melt sticks. The key to a good massage is having enough oil present on the skin’s surface, to allow your hands to glide easily over the muscles, without tugging at the skin. These bars of solid emollients melt when they touch the skin and provide just the right amount of slip for a deep muscle massage. They are more convenient than slippery bottles of oil. We’ve included our aromatherapy Sports Blend to help relax and soothe tight muscles. Massage can help relieve stress, tension, insomnia, back and head pain and more. Make massage melts for your sports buddies, grandparents and anyone else who would love a relaxing, deep massage.

THIS KIT CONTAINS: 2 oz. shea butter, 2 oz. deodorized cocoa butter, 1 oz. mango butter, 1 oz. beeswax, 1 oz. hazelnut oil, 2 oz. palm kernel oil, 1/16 oz. Sports blend, 4 stick tubes and 2 blank sheets of labels to fit the stick tubes.

THIS KIT MAKES: Four sticks of muscle soothing Massage Melt made with natural essential oils.

Strong smell, but powerful medicine. It’ll cure what ails you. Rub a little on sores, infections, irritated skin and watch the problems disappear. Smell reminds me a little of Vicks Vap-o-Rub.

This book, along with Julia Lawless’ The Complete Illustrated Guide to Aromatherapy‘>Aromatherapy has become so essential in my every day work, both professional and home. It is easy to follow and you can find a remedy or synergy for just about any complaint. It lists the most useful oils and gives alternatives where possible. The recipes are also great with plenty of alternatives (its not practical to have every oil on hand.) The section on holiday and first aid is great - this book and my oils go everywhere with me.
