Pearlessence Spa Mist Air Therapy Fountain Mister

Pearlessence Spa Mist Air Therapy Fountain Mister
Customer Review: Two months and still going strong
I’ve had this thing running pretty much constantly since I purchased it about 2 months ago. While I can’t attest to the humidifying capabilities (didn’t buy it for that), it DOES work nicely to fragrance the air while it’s running. If it’s close enough to you, you can feel a cool mist. I’ve used only distilled water. I buy a jug of it and pour a bunch of my favorite essential oil blend in and let it sit for a few days. Then I double-filter it (coffee filters) into another bottle so the mechanism doesn’t get clogged with oils (pour the filtered oil back into your jug of non-filtered scented water to continually intensify the fragrance). I’ve found that you shouldn’t fill quite up to the fill line as it causes the mist to “spurt” out. If you fill it up to just below, it works great and will mist for around 2 hours (not sure why another reviewer said only 1/2 hour). For the little over $20 that I paid, I feel that I’ve definitely gotten my money’s worth. More expensive oil diffusers/nebulisers always clog and you have to end up replacing or refurbishing parts - I’ve tried them all.

Customer Review: Nice while it lasted. 6 weeks then died.
I was very please with the product and enjoyed the cool mist and fragrance. However about 6 weeks later it stopped working. It may have been caused by leaving water in the reservoir for a few days,I’m not sure. I may try another Spa mist design, because I did like what the product did.

Customer Review: One of the best!
I have been recommending the first edition of this book for years, as one of the best “beginners books” around. The new edition is even better since Ms. Wilson has added more essential oils, information on hydrosols…brought the book up to date with what is happening in the world of Aromatherapy‘>Aromatherapy in this decade. The book offers a great balance of information about a wide array of essential oils as well as recipes/formulas for their use in restoring wellbeing to both body and emotions. It is one of the best on the market today.

Blending the appropriate oils and amounts is a snap with this easy to use and informative resource which includes numerous recipes. I highly recommend this book. You will not be disappointed. Happy blending!

Customer Review: Great resource!!
This is a great book for learning how to make any kind of herbal remedy, including medicinal wines/vinegars, salves, syrups, skin-care, you name it. They tell you what herbs work best for different health problems, and how to make special blends for immunity (which has always been a problem; I have two young sons, and I always get sick from them, plus I live in Michigan). I could go on and on about all the great stuff in this book, but you’ll just have to find out for yourself! I also like the fact that there aren’t a lot of exotic ingredients in the recipes; most of the herbs or other ingredients can be found at a health food store or grown in your garden. This book is a great bargain; I found it for less than $5.00 at a local bookstore, but I sure got my moneys worth!

Customer Review: Scent and Psyche brought together in a in-depth presentation
I most sincerely recommend this work to anyone interested in learning more about the magic of Aromas! Not only do the co-athors Peter and Kate Damian discuss the various attributes of many scents, they also tread deep into the inner workings of the human olfactory system. The research they have gathered is worthy of any major medical journal in both content and depth. I personally am involved in various research in the field of the effects of aromas on the human condition and found their book insightful and quite original. The writting style is simple to follow and filled with those wonderful little phrases that we can carry with us to any social function. I myself have been quoting my favorites parts on quite a regular basis! Sincerely, if you are interested in Aromatherapy‘>Aromatherapy, Incense, Perfume, or even just curious as to how scents have such a powerful response in us as human beings, then I whole heartedly suggest you read this text! Keep well and remember to stop and SMELL the roses!
