Essential Oils are What You Need for Aromatherapy

These pure essential oils – also known as aromatherapy oils – are the most organic sources whenever possible. This is because these plants are raised under very strict conditions, without fertilizers based on petroleum and chemical pesticides that their way of working in virtually all parts of the plant – and, finally, essential oils. Although the rules and regulations regarding what can be sold as "organic" vary from one country to another, in general, farmers who grow plants for use in essential oils must keep very careful documentation of their procedures, and to submit to inspections and annual audits. You're guaranteed the best quality when it comes to essential oils. What exactly are essential oils? Aromatherapy essential oils are "hydrophobic" (ie, oily) liquid plant extracts containing aromatic compounds. Most plants have all these oils, one you've probably already eaten the last time you ate in a restaurant is Italian or Greek olive oil, sesame oil is widely used in Asian cooking. However, the aroma of these essential oils is very mild and of little use in aromatherapy. It should be noted that olive oil was used as body oil in the Mediterranean for several thousand years. When the rich Romans bathed, it is a habit, after leaving the bath of their bodies oiled and scratched by slaves, olive oil has been virtually the only type of oil used for this purpose. When it comes to aromatherapy, however, it is the fragrance that is most important. These oils are called "essential" to the extent that they have perfumes or odors. These oils are what gives the flowering of certain plants, like roses and carnations, the pleasant odor. How are Aromatherapy Essential Oils Made? There are three main ways in which these oils are extracted: 1. Distillation: the substance is boiled, causing the different biochemicals to separate and allow them to be collected2. Expression: the plant, its pedals, leaves or seeds are crushed (this is how the olive oil and sesame seeds are produced) 3. Solvent Extraction: biochemical compounds are separated using a different type of liquid. Aromatherapy uses oils OilsEssential have been used for centuries for various reasons, ranging from drugs to the supernatural. An example is the use of these oils in the incense is burned during the ceremony many denominations. It is argued that some oils used in aromatherapy have curative properties, but they have not been scientifically demonstrated. However, there is no harm in using essential oils simply for the pleasure of sensual fragrance.
Use Organic Essential Oils For Massage And Aromatherapy

Simply place a metal or ceramic ring hollow on top of a bulb that is used in a lamp, place a few drops of oil in the ring, then turn the light on. The heat of the bulb releases the scent. Candle diffusers provide a basin for oil, with a candle below to provide heat. Electric diffusers are useful for scenting an entire room, and often with small integrated fan to distribute the fragrance. In all these respects, organic essential oils are ideal for use in massage and aromatherapy applications.
